Is the matching service free for customers during the pilot?
Yes. The current customer matching pilot does not charge a customer to submit a service request.
Does submitting a request guarantee someone is available?
No. Availability changes, providers can decline a job, and some locations or specialties may have limited usable supply.
Does Big Island Reliable hire or supervise the provider?
No. Big Island Reliable helps organize and narrow potential matches. The customer and provider decide whether to work together directly.
Why ask about route-day flexibility?
For distant or rural areas, grouping flexible jobs can sometimes make a provider trip more practical. It is an option, not a requirement.
Customer requests remain free. Matched providers may pay Big Island Reliable credits to unlock the full request and customer contact details after the system identifies them as relevant matches. Provider payment does not improve matching priority, verification status, or credential status.
